Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ghost Oracle, including the @GhostOracleBot Telegram bot, this website, the API, and every associated product such as Ghost Intelligence, Ghost Pay, Ghost Wallet, Ghost Credit, Ghost Escrow, Ghost ID, Ghost Drop, and Ghost Earn (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Ghost Oracle provides

Ghost Oracle is a trust and payment layer that operates inside conversations. Depending on the product, the Service can score the risk of on-chain tokens, hold and move Ghost Credit, create payment links, place funds in escrow, issue a portable Ghost ID, distribute value to many recipients, and pay referral commissions. Availability and behavior of each product may change as the Service evolves.

3. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

The Service surfaces data and probabilistic risk signals about on-chain activity. It does not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. GhostScore and all related outputs are informational only, are generated by automated systems, and can be incomplete or wrong. Markets are volatile and adversaries adapt. You must do your own research and accept full responsibility for your decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate the laws of your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

5. Ghost ID and accounts

Your identity on the Service is a Ghost ID, linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs under your Ghost ID. Reputation, history, and standing attached to your Ghost ID are earned through demonstrated behavior and may be used across the Service.

6. Ghost Credit, payments, and escrow

• Ghost Credit (GC) is an internal unit of account used to price and settle activity inside the Service. Balances and pricing are shown in GC and its Atom sub-denomination.
• Payments and Bulk Pay move value between users of the Service. Fees are published on the Pricing page and shown before you confirm.
• Escrow holds committed value until the agreed conditions are met, then releases or resolves according to the process shown in-product. Escrow does not make either party trustworthy; it makes the outcome enforceable.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses, amounts, recipients, and instructions you submit. On-chain and irreversible actions cannot be undone once confirmed.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Current plans, prices, and billing cycles are published on the Pricing page, which is the single source of truth for pricing. Subscriptions renew for the cycle you select until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

8. Ghost Earn referral program

Ghost Earn pays a recurring commission on the subscription payments of users you refer, for as long as those users remain subscribed. Commission rates, tiers, and payout terms are shown in-product and may be adjusted. Referral activity must be genuine. Self-referral, fraud, spam, and manipulation void earnings and may result in removal from the Service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, launder value, defraud others, evade sanctions, abuse or harass people, scrape or overload the systems, reverse engineer the Service, resell access without permission, or misrepresent Ghost Oracle outputs as guarantees. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that threatens the Service or its users.

10. Risk disclosures

• Digital assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly and permanently.
• Risk detection is probabilistic. A low-risk signal is not a safety guarantee, and no system catches every scam.
• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
• Third-party networks, wallets, and messaging platforms can fail or change in ways outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, and content, is owned by Ghost Oracle and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or redistribute the Service except as expressly allowed.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Oracle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost funds, or losses arising from your reliance on any risk signal or from any transaction you choose to make. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ghost Oracle harmless from claims and costs arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
